Publishlet Terms and Conditions Agreement

Welcome to Publishlet! These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the Publishlet online platform ("Service"), provided by Publishlet, a Publishlet company ("Publishlet," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Service.

1. User Eligibility

1.1. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

1.2. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions set forth herein.

2. Account Registration

2.1. To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account.

2.2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

2.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Content Publishing

3.1. Users can publish and share their content, including but not limited to articles, images, videos, and other materials, on the Service.

3.2. You retain ownership of the content you publish. By submitting content, you grant Publishlet a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content.

4. Prohibited Conduct

4.1. You agree not to engage in any conduct that violates applicable laws or regulations.

4.2. You must not use the Service to upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

4.3. You must not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. The Service, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by Publishlet and is protected by intellectual property laws.

5.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Service.

6. Termination

6.1. Publishlet may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service, with or without cause, at any time.

6.2. Upon termination, all provisions of this Agreement, which by their nature should survive termination, shall survive.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

7.1. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind.

7.2. Publishlet does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. In no event shall Publishlet be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8.2. Publishlet's total liability in connection with or arising out of this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for the use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

9.1. Publishlet reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time.

9.2. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

10.1. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
